Registered Disability Savings Plan
The RDSP is a long‐term savings plan that is designed to meet the needs of people with disabilities and their families. It serves as a new tool within the financial and estate planning framework. An RDSP may be opened by any individual who qualifies for the Disability Tax Credit (DTC).
PooranLaw has provided advice to numerous levels of government, senate committees and law commissions with respect to RDSP issues, enhancements and implementation. Our firm regularly provides seminars on RDSPs and future planning for individuals with disabilities and their families in various jurisdictions throughout Canada.
